TwoPointer may use trusted third-party platforms such as Squarespace, Acuity Scheduling, Jotform, Square, payment processors, email tools, and related business services. These providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and security practices.

We do not sell your personal information to third-party advertisers. We may share limited information only when necessary to operate our services, process payments, manage bookings, comply with legal obligations, protect our rights, or support the TwoPointer and Ball Mode™ ecosystem.

Media & Content Usage

Training sessions may include photos or videos for educational, internal, promotional, or brand purposes under TwoPointer and related brand platforms, including Ball Mode™. If you prefer not to appear in promotional content, you may request to opt out by contacting privacy@twopointer.com.

Children & Minors

If an athlete is under 18, information should be submitted by a parent or legal guardian. Parents or guardians may contact us to request access, updates, correction, or deletion of a minor athlete’s personal information.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. You may also request that we stop using your information for certain communications or media purposes. To make a request, contact us at privacy@twopointer.com.

Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for business, training, legal, accounting, safety, and operational purposes, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
